∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attract talents and manage the hiring process in effective manner.
∎ Reviewing job applications, conducting interviews, and hiring talents in an efficient and timely manner.
∎ Formulating and interpreting HR policies aligned with Bangladesh Labor Law, rules and industry practice.
∎ Handling Disciplinary and grievance Issues in accordance with concerned policy, procedure and regulatory compliance;
∎ Ensuring timely disposal of disciplinary and compliance-related decisions to concerned stakeholders;
∎ Designing and implementing new processes/tools for the beneficiary of the bank.
∎ Evaluate own system and policies in comparison to industry.
∎ Ensuring smooth separation of employees and calculating end services benefits in accordance with concerned policy of the Bank;
∎ Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
∎ Assisting HRMIS unit by keeping and updating information in the system;
∎ Any other job/responsibility as and when assigned by the Management of the Bank.

∎ Age at least 28 years
