Additional Requirements: - Age 25 to 40 years

- Minimum 3 years experience in HR, preferably in Travel Agency, Aviation, or Service Industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment, payroll, employee management, and compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software tools.
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
- Ability to multitask, make quick decisions, and work under pressure.
- Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for travel and visa services staff (Visa Officers, Ticketing Officers, Marketing, Receptionists, and Support Staff).
- Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and payroll data accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and travel agency regulations.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and team motivation to reduce turnover.
- Conduct performance evaluations and prepare training plans for underperforming employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan staffing, succession, and growth strategies.
- Prepare reports on HR activities, employee performance, and compliance.
- Assist management with strategic HR decisions and emergency HR situations.
