  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR in the development sector;
  • Candidates with a third division or a GPA below 2 in SSC/HSC or a CGPA below 2.5 as applicable, are not considered to meet the necessary requirements;
  • Adequate computer knowledge and skills in MS Office operation and email communication;
  • Candidates must have good typing fluency in both English and Bangla (Bijoy) and minimum typing speed should be 30 words/minute; and
  • Should be able to work under pressure.


Responsibilities & Context:

Transparency International Bangladesh (TIB) is inviting applications for appointment on contract basis for the position of Human Resource Assistant for its project titled PACTA.

Job responsibility:

  • Assist in recruitment, selection & placement process;

  • Support day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;

  • Assist in HR documentation, organize files/record as per policy and HR guidelines of the organization and update them as required;

  • Must have experience in drafting various HR related letters;

  • Must have experience in HRMS;

  • Collect, verify, and organize receipts, bills, and other financial documents submitted by Field Supervisor (FS) and Field Enumerator (FE).

  • Monitor and maintain records of daily attendance and leave for FS and FE.

  • Prepare payment sheets on a bi-weekly (15-day) basis.

  • Review and ensure all financial transactions are properly documented and duly signed.

  • Ensure timely submission of payment requests along with acknowledgment receipts.

  • Prepare the final payment sheet upon completion of the data collection phase.

  • Ensure all necessary supporting documents are complete, well-organized, and ready for internal audit.

  • Communicate with each FS and FE to gather payment-related information (valid bank account and bKash account) as required.
