Job Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls from customers and merchants regarding delivery, pickup, entry and return-related queries.
Identify problems and coordinate with the Hub Manager, Pickup Manager, Return Manager, and Entry Man to ensure issues are resolved quickly.
Provide timely feedback calls to customers and merchants after resolving their issues.
Handle calls from Customer Care Executives and Key Account Manager (KAM).
Maintain accurate records of all complaints, resolutions, and feedback.
Ensure smooth communication between departments for service improvement.
Report recurring issues and suggest process improvements to management.
