  • Running undergraduate or graduate student (any discipline)
  • Strong communication skills in Bangla
  • Leadership ability and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong listening skills with problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and confident in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills with good typing speed
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
  • Strong follow-up and coordination ability
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required
  • Experience in courier/logistics/hub operations is a plus, but freshers are highly encouraged to apply


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate with Customer Care Issue Resolution Team, KAM Support, and Operations to ensure smooth complaint resolution

  • Handle large volumes of high pressure inbound calls from merchants, customers, Issue Resolution Team, KAM Support, and Operations

  • Monitor day-to-day hub operations and resolve issues

  • Ensure proper documentation of hub updates and escalated cases

  • Communicate with hub in-charges to resolve delivery, pickup, missing, damaged, return, refund, and other logistics related issues

  • Maintain professional, polite, and effective communication across all teams

  • Assist hub in-charges and complete assigned operational tasks

  • Support operational activities during peak hours or emergencies
