- Strong communication skills in Bangla
- Leadership ability and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong listening skills with problem-solving mindset
- Ability to remain calm and confident in high-pressure situations
- Basic computer skills with good typing speed
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and coordination ability
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required
- Experience in courier/logistics/hub operations is a plus, but freshers are highly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities & Context: Coordinate with Customer Care Issue Resolution Team, KAM Support, and Operations to ensure smooth complaint resolution
Handle large volumes of high pressure inbound calls from merchants, customers, Issue Resolution Team, KAM Support, and Operations
Monitor day-to-day hub operations and resolve issues
Ensure proper documentation of hub updates and escalated cases
Communicate with hub in-charges to resolve delivery, pickup, missing, damaged, return, refund, and other logistics related issues
Maintain professional, polite, and effective communication across all teams
Assist hub in-charges and complete assigned operational tasks
Support operational activities during peak hours or emergencies
