Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor all operational activities of a specific Last Mile hub and directly report to the Team Lead.
Allocate riders to specific zones for better delivery
Plan optimized delivery route for each rider
Ensure accurate daily cash collection and timely next-day bank deposit.
Maintain vehicle-related issues.
Continuous Communication with Customer and Rider.
Cleaning the Report (Aging/Backlog)
Monitor the Hub Dashboard for smooth delivery
Minimize the hub cost, and increase productivity.
Generate ideas to feasibly expand hub areas and increase delivery coverage.
Maintain Last Mile hub`s 6S.
Monitor hub delivery success rate and work on improvement.
