Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the distribution hub to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Implementing new processes and maintaining existing processes for smooth operations.
Ensuring inbound and reverse packages timely.
Ensuring hub compliance in all aspects.
Connect with concerned stakeholders for all the hub administrative issues and further resolutions.
Supervise and train coordinator and delivery man.
Implement measures to minimize damage, theft, and losses within the distribution hub.
Regularly report to management on team activities and performance.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
