Responsibilities:

• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, achieving a 100% delivery success rate.
• Coordinate with delivery teams.
• Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, including delivery times, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to eliminate delays and mitigate issues affecting deliveries.
• Oversee the end-to-end return process, ensuring returns are handled in accordance with company policy.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve return-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage reverse logistics to ensure cost-effective and timely processing of returned items. Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to product damages during transit. Implement corrective actions and collaborate with warehouse teams to minimize product damage.
• Maintain accurate records of damages and initiate claims with relevant carriers or suppliers when necessary.
• Monitor product condition during packaging and shipping to prevent damage.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve issues related to product damages during transit.
• Ensure all riders maintain a "No Cash in Hand" policy, adhering to CRM protocols.
