∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring Attendance, leave and job location of the employees.
∎ Prepare attendance report, leave report and assist finance dept. for salary disburse.
∎ Guide and oversee all programs, projects and emergency operations.
∎ Focus on supporting, assisting Chief Coordination officer.
∎ Conduct field visit in the districts of the project.
∎ Provide Human Resources solutions across field offices.
∎ Communicate with the employees for project works.
∎ Gather information from the onboarding employees.
∎ Guide the employees regarding project requirement.
∎ Check performance of the employees during the field visit.
∎ Ensure proper utilization of monitoring tools for implementation.
∎ Make an archive of project documents and events photographs in a systematic way.
∎ Conduct performance evaluation process as per requirement.
∎ Ensure that the employees are aware of all the policy and following those in dealing with the team members and project participants.
∎ Submit timely programmatic reports.
∎ Keep all related project information in a way so that any information can be provided as per need of the management.
∎ Support and advice team in charge, in analyzing trends, risks and conditions for managing projects and delivering services.
∎ Ensure the implementation of emergency preparedness and response measures.
∎ Guide all the operation team members in developing their work plan and progress.
∎ Monitor the safety and security of field teams and report to Chief Coordination officer.
∎ Promote the organization's policies, frameworks, standards, tools, methodologies, systems, and procedures.
∎ Liaison with other partners, donors, government authority, suppliers and service providers of the project, field implementation, and coordination with district and upazila levels.
∎ Assist interview for recruitment for any position.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge and skills of project implementation with HR Management.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.
∎ Ability to work in different target groups.
∎ Oral and written communication skills in English and Bengali
∎ Develop data application software with MS Access.
∎ Ability to work in a team and with partners.
∎ Self-directed and able to lead a team.
∎ Fluent in Bangla & English reading, writing and typing skills.
∎ Project Implementation, Report Writing.
∎ Work under pressure and can take additional responsibilities.
∎ Basic computer literacy using of Microsoft Office Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Power Point, SPSS & other database program.
∎ Proven skill in project implementation quantitative and narrative report writing.
∎ Ready to accept the challenge and cope with change.
