Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper recruitment and selection as per requirements.
∎ Proper orientation of newly-joined team members.
∎ Training needs analysis, training material preparation and proper coordination of scheduled training.
∎ Conducting performance appraisals as needed and tying them to a yearly raise.
∎ Database management of every team member of this organization.
∎ Attendance administration following the company policies.
∎ Leave administration following the company policies.
∎ Salary calculation according to the organizational policy and salary disbursement.
∎ Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations.
∎ Upholding company's culture.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Having HRD (Human Resource Development) relevant training will be an added advantage.
∎ Candidates must be proactive, dynamic, and able to work hard under pressure in an efficient manner.
∎ Can-do attitude, Service-oriented, Punctual, Committed to working with greater responsibility.
∎ Ability to multi-task and remain organized, meet the deadline.
∎ Computer literacy is a must (especially in Microsoft Word & Excel).

Salary: Tk. 7000 - 8000 (Monthly)
