Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Management/ Marketing preferable.
∎ Bachelor in other disciplines are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing overall activities in the office like room decoration, conducting meetings, material supply, and proper management.
∎ Purchase office equipment, electronic devices and maintain file records of purchase.
∎ Maintain good relationships with suppliers & service providers.
∎ Scheduling training sessions and workshops.
∎ Research potential vendors and suppliers.
∎ Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
∎ Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis.
∎ Ensuring all operations go smoothly with the allocated budget.
∎ The person should be energetic and self-motivated to hold any responsibility provided by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Must have basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge of computer operating systems and internet browsing.
∎ Must have good typing skills in English and Bangla (Avro/Bijoy).
