Responsibilities & Context:
Managing end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction.
Ensuring compliance with the Bangladesh Labour Act, Labour Rules, buyer Code of Conduct, and company policies.
Handling employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintaining all documentation, including personnel files, attendance, leave, and employee records.
Coordinating performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and training initiatives.
Supporting payroll inputs, compensation and benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Preparing and maintaining compliance-related HR documentation for buyer and third-party audits.
