Job Responsibilities:

∎ Key Result #1: Support in Recruitment (staff & volunteer)
∎ Supporting to the recruitment i.e: call for interview (staff & volunteer), keeping proper documentation for audit
∎ Compile documentation for new staff and check the files. Ensuring files are appropriately set up and configured
∎ Prepare, manage and update staff files
∎ Follow up and inform about volunteer attendance in facility
∎ Key Result #2: Leave, holidays, and attendance administration
∎ Maintain leave records (hard and soft copy files and human resources information system (HRIS)/excel files) ensuring records are up-to-date and accurate
∎ Keep track of employee attendance by checking the timesheets & finger punch, ensuring the timesheets have been reviewed and signed by the supervisors
