Staff America are currently hiring a Financial Analyst for US based client Rahma home care agency.

Job Summary-HR and Admin Officer:

The HR and Accounts Officer will be responsible for overseeing various human resources and accounting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who excels in communication and is proficient in Microsoft Office Software. The successful candidate will support HR activities and handle basic accounting tasks, ensuring smooth operations in both departments.

Work hours: Mostly 5 days, occasionally 6 days. 8.5 hours shift

Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves, bonuses and compensation.
  • Assist in the implementation of human resource policies.
  • Organize employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Manage disciplinary procedures, industrial relations, and grievance resolution.
  • Assist in preparing and processing invoices, expense reports, and financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting data and reports.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to claims processing metrics.
  • Conduct e-fax, email, call hospital/Doctor office and constantly communicate with the payment
  • Provides analysis of financial data and performance measures, trend analysis and monitoring of key financial metrics. Prepares reports for CEO and senior management, including recurring reports and ad hoc reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims, payments, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for claims processing.
  • Resolve discrepancies or denials by communicating with parents, providers, and insurance companies.
