Responsibilities & Context:
∎ For an HR & Admin Intern at 4Beats, the responsibilities might include:
∎ HR Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Recruitment Support:
∎ - Assisting in posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
∎ - Coordinating with candidates and supporting the onboarding process.
∎
∎ 2. Employee Data Management:
∎ - Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
∎ - Assisting with employee documentation like contracts, performance evaluations, etc.
∎
∎ 3. Training and Development:
∎ - Helping organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
∎ - Tracking employee participation in training programs.
∎
∎ 4. Employee Engagement:
∎ - Assisting in employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and company events.
∎ - Supporting internal communication efforts such as newsletters.
∎ 5. Compliance and Policies:
∎ - Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
∎ - Assisting with the development and updating of policies and procedures.
∎ Admin Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Office Management:
∎ - Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, including handling correspondence and coordinating meetings.
∎ - Maintaining office supplies and ensuring a well-organized work environment.
∎
∎ 2. File and Documentation Management:
∎ - Organizing and maintaining filing systems (both digital and physical).
∎ - Assisting with documentation, filing, and retrieval of official documents.
∎ 3. Support for Management:
∎ - Assisting managers and other staff members with administrative tasks.
∎ - Coordinating internal and external communications on behalf of the management team.
∎ 4. General Support:
∎ - Handling general inquiries, answering phone calls, and directing them as needed.
∎ - Supporting special projects and ad hoc tasks as requested by HR or Admin leadership.
∎ These tasks provide interns with exposure to HR and administrative functions, helping them develop practical skills and understanding of company operations.
