Job Context:

∎ Cleanliness of rooms & Public Area.
∎ Number and type of rooms cleaned each day & Public Area.
∎ Applicants should have at least 2 years working experience in any hotel.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintains overall cleanliness of the hotel's public areas by cleaning all assigned areas thoroughly on a daily basis and performs deep cleaning projects as assigned.
∎ Cleaning of public restrooms and employee change rooms.
∎ Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor.
∎ Cleans and polishes floors, windows, mirrors, vending machines etc.
∎ Cleans Administrative offices including vacuuming and removing rubbish.
∎ Mopping/hosing back of house service areas.
∎ Ensures key safety and equipment during shift.
∎ Listens, apologizes with empathy, finds a solution and follows through when resolving guest problems.
∎ Assumes the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and uses their best judgment as to when it is appropriate to use the 100% Guest Satisfaction.
∎ Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behaviour and genuine hospitality.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
