• Real-time working experience in a 5-star hotel/ residence hotel environment.

• Ability to multiple hotel departments efficiently.

• Problem Solving and communication skills.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival with a polite and professional attitude.

• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.

• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities.

• Ensure guest rooms are clean, well-prepared, and ready before arrival.

• Provide drinking water, towels, and basic amenities to guests.

• Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints.

• Maintain proper communication with the front desk and housekeeping team.

• Deliver room service items (food, laundry, messages, etc.) as required.

• Ensure corridors, lobby, and guest areas are clean and presentable.

  Handle guest belongings carefully and responsibly.

• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.

• Assist elderly or special-needs guests when required.

• Provide information about hotel facilities and services.

• Follow hygiene and safety standards strictly.

• Report any maintenance issues in guest rooms immediately.

• Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.

• Be courteous, respectful, and helpful towards all guests.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and inform management of feedback.

  Support other departments during busy hours if needed.

• Ensure proper hygienic environment and housekeeping.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the management.
