Additional Requirements:
  • 2+ years of B2B sales development experience, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

  • Excellent CRM management skills (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Experience with modern sales engagement tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical products.

  • Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.

  • Experience in using data scraping tools.

  • Experience in healthcare IT, medical imaging, or veterinary software sales.

  • Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, RIS, or other healthcare imaging standards.

  • Understand healthcare compliance regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

  • Previous experience in international B2B sales Certification in relevant sales methodologies (Salesforce, HubSpot, SPIN, etc.).

  • Experience with marketing automation tools.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Research and identify potential customers globally in healthcare facilities, imaging centers, and veterinary practices.

  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn.

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule product demonstrations with decision-makers.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and create detailed prospect profiles.

  • Track and analyze outreach metrics to optimize conversion rates.

  • Stay updated on healthcare technology trends and competitive landscape.

  • Nurture long-term relationships with prospects through regular communication and product updates.

  • Collaborate with senior management to refine lead-generation strategies.

  • Create and maintain a database of potential customers across different regions.
