∎ Master of Public Health (MPH) or equivalent degree will get preferences.
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience working with government agencies, CSOs, or in a related public health sector. Proven experience in implementing health system strengthening activities at the local level.
∎ Willing to work across country to implement the project.
∎ In-depth understanding of local health systems and public health service delivery.
∎ Proficient in communication in both English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent data collection, documentation, and reporting skills·
∎ Adequate skills in computer applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including government officials and community representatives.
∎ Strong commitment to improving community health outcomes.
∎ Cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills for community engagement·
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic project environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead implementation of SLLHS project activities at district and upazila levels, collaborating with local health teams, SLLHS officers, and local government health officials to align with project goals and local health priorities.
∎ Facilitate effective communication and coordination with local stakeholders, including CSOs, to strengthen service delivery, promote health system improvements, and ensure timely, integrated public health services.
∎ Provide technical assistance and on-site support for local health teams, emphasizing evidence-based planning, integrated service delivery, and public health system resilience.
∎ Oversee data collection and documentation of project activities, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to SLLHS and Health Systems Resilience and Climate Change Specialist.
∎ Monitor implementation progress, address challenges, and report results to support continuous learning, improvement, and transparency.
∎ Promote community engagement to increase public awareness of health services, foster community involvement, and facilitate social accountability to ensure transparency in health service delivery.
∎ Document success stories, case studies, and lessons learned to share best practices with the SLLHS team and support ongoing project development.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ The USAID/Bangladesh Strengthening Local Level Health Systems (SLLHS) project is a five-year initiative aimed at strengthening local health systems to deliver equitable, high-qualitypublic health services. The project, led by RTI International in partnership with BRAC,focuses on four key objectives: strengthening systems for evidence-based planning, improvingservice delivery, enhancing the enabling environment for health systems, and buildingresilience at the local level.
∎ BRAC’s role includes providing technical expertise in community engagement, health systemsresilience, climate change integration, and social accountability.
