Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. DEVELOP ORGANISATION'S HEALTH-INNOVATION STRATEGIES & PROGRAMMES
∎ a. Design new healthcare programme models or improve current SAJIDA health programs to serve the needs most felt in Bangladesh. The result should include tangible outputs such as concept notes, financial models, SOPs, training content, monitoring frameworks, and research frameworks.
∎ b. Keep abreast of new developments and emerging ideas in the field through horizon scanning and contribute to the ongoing development of the Foundation's strategy to further support and catalyse innovation in healthcare.
∎ 2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS
∎ a. Build connections with stakeholders in the health care industry, the wider health system, and frontline innovators.
∎ b. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the national health system to scale/extend/enhance the health initiatives.
∎ c. Represent the Foundation externally and successfully convey initiatives and system learning.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 47 years
∎ Has to have a minimum of 5 - 7 years of overall work experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
∎ Has to have worked on projects that are relevant to the healthcare, with demonstrable experience on programme design, as well as field implementation capacity, from well reputed organisations.
∎ Has knowledge of relevant research techniques, and experience in evaluating impact of health initiatives.
