Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop appropriate health financing schemes for extreme poor households to access quality health services in remote locations.
∎ Establish a voucher system to provide financial support to extreme poor households to access health services.
∎ Pilot innovative micro health insurance scheme for extreme poor families to facilitate access to health services.
∎ Initiate and develop a community support mechanism for extreme poor to access health service based on the learning
∎ Training and technical assistance to partners to implement different health financing schemes.
∎ Pilot and develop successful example of public private partnership to ensure sustainability of health care services.
∎ Advocacy with municipality, health department and relevant ministries to sustain the health financing schemes.
∎ Support the programme to capture best practices and learning and utilizing those in the current project aiming for positive changes in the lives of beneficiaries.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 08 years progressively responsible work experience in the area of financial programme planning, Micro -Insurance Scheme management, implementation, monitoring and capacity building
∎ Technical knowledge and experience on implementing different health financing schemes, such as Micro health insurance
∎ Experience of working in MNCH and health project/programme preferred
∎ Proven experience of working with high level stakeholders including government ministries and donors
∎ Experience of working in health system strengthening and capacity building project in partnership with NGOs and government departments, local government institutions
∎ Experience of providing training and technical assistance to NGOs and government institutions
Salary:
∎ Gross Annual Salary range (inclusive of Festival Bonus, Gratuity and Provident Fund): BDT 1,775,159.00 - BDT 2,429,425.00
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Medical Coverage (Inpatient and Outpatient), Group Life Insurance Coverage and Mobile Ceiling as per organisational policy
