Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Public health or equivalent. Clinical degree preferred.

∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide strategic and technical guidance on MNCH to programme team and Partners to ensure effective planning and implementation of health system strengthening
∎ Ensure the programme activities are aligned to national plans and technical standard
∎ Review monthly progress and assess technical support requirement for consortium partner staff and Concern staff to provide support accordingly and provide training accordingly
∎ Develop technical guidelines for improving access to MNCH services for the programme urban and rural areas. Improving quality of services in health facilities, expansion of existing services and establishing public, private partnership in collaboration with partners and stakeholders
∎ Provide refresher training and mentoring to overcome any challenges the programme may face during the implementation
∎ Work with MoHFWMoLGRDC and LGIs for mobilising their support and collaboration in the provision of urban and rural health and nutrition services
∎ Respond to technical support requests from the government, NHSDP, UPHCSDP, implementing partners, the health and MNCH team in the field, including requests for information, proposal and other document review.
∎ Actively participate in MNCH Technical Group Meetings, PMC and represent professional networks by participating and presenting in pertinent meetings and conferences, as well as technical working groups

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of experience in the area of community based health and MNCH program planning, management, implementation, monitoring and capacity building with at least 5 years of working experience at senior technical and/or managerial role.
∎ Proven experience of leading and managing large primary health care and MNCH programme in urban and rural areas
∎ Proven experience of working with high level stakeholders including government ministries and donors
∎ Proven experience of policy advocacy with very high level policy stakeholders
∎ Experience of working in health system strengthening and capacity building programme in partnership with NGOs and government departments, local government institutions
∎ Technical knowledge and skill to provide guidance to field staff primary health care and MNCH delivery
∎ Experience of working in MNCH and health project/programme preferred
∎ Proven record of the skills and experience required to strengthen local capacity in MNCH skills, including teaching, mentoring and coaching

Salary:
∎ Gross Annual Salary range (inclusive of Festival Bonus, Gratuity and Provident Fund): BDT 1,775,159.00 - BDT 2,429,425.00
