15 (fifteen) years of working experience in bank with preferably progressive experience in different levels of Operations in Treasury (Front Office, Mid Office or Back Office).
In depth knowledge in FX Dealing and Primary Dealers operations, Govt. Securities dealing, Investment Planning, Off-Shore Banking Operations & funding, Islamic Banking Operations, Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity & Fund Management etc. which is considered essential to perform the role.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial performance, managing risk effectively, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance shareholder`s value :
Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including liquidity management, capital allocation and financial planning and analysis.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving business growth and profitability.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Leadership & treasury teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability.
- Steer & guide the ALCO of the bank in its activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and the board of directors on matters pertaining to financial management and risk mitigation.
- Work in coordination with our subsidiaries to best leverage our network for a sustainable overall growth.
