1. Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree.

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in NBFIs/Banks or relevant field.  

Duties:

1. Dealing of Call Money, FDR & Company Bank Accounts with Banks & NBFI,
2. Maintain relationship with invested preference share party and ensure periodic payments,
3. Maintain company secondary share investment and apply for new IPO as per policy,
4. Maintain relationship with regularity party regarding refinance scheme,
5. Maintain portfolio of Treasury Bill-Bond,
6. Ensuring that all external debt and interest is properly accounted for and correctly posted,
7. Forecast funding strategy and anticipating challenges arising from limited fund,
8. Formulate various kind of regulatory reports, management reports etc.
9. Maintaining ALM Desk tasks,
10. Maintain accounts in EDS Money & RTGS system,
11. ALCO Paper & ALCO presentation preparing along with Minutes,
12. Maintaining sufficient CRR/SLR fund requirement in Bangladesh Bank,
13. Negotiating loan or overdraft terms and condition with counter party,
14. Building and maintaining continuous relationship with necessary stakeholders, including Regulators,
15. Retention of records as per requirement of regulators and internal compliance,
16. Manage Fund efficiently to ensure that Funds are made available when and where it is due for payments,
17. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with counterparty limits.
