Experience:

• At least 20 years

• Masters

MBA /Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred

• At least 20 years

• Age At most 50 years

• Minimum 5 years experience in a senior treasury leadership role

• Strong hands-on experience in money market, foreign exchange, investments, and ALM

• Proven understanding of Bangladesh Bank treasury-related circulars and guidelines

• Strong leadership and strategic decision-making capability

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• High level of integrity, risk awareness, and regulatory compliance mindset

• Ability to work under pressure and manage market volatility

• Lead and manage overall treasury functions including money market, capital market, FX, and ALM

• Ensure effective liquidity management, funding strategy, and balance sheet optimization

• Manage investment portfolio in line with risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and profitability goals

• Oversee foreign exchange operations and ensure compliance with BB FX guidelines

• Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks

• Coordinate with ALCO and senior management on interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and market risk matters

• Develop and implement treasury strategies aligned with the Bank’s business objectives

• Supervise treasury MIS, reporting, and regulatory submissions

• Lead, mentor, and develop treasury team members
