Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA or Masters in any discipline from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop all plans and strategies for establishing trading business and achieving the company's sales goal.
∎ Assist in the development of the sales plan.
∎ Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, business head and upper management for using in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams- including Engineering, product, Marketing etc.
∎ Establish the lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives.
∎ provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
∎ Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Mush have experience in steel trading business, specially profile sheet.
∎ Possess extensive knowledge of sales and trading principles and practices and ability to coach others on them.
∎ Strong analytical and quantitative skills: ability to analyze data and metrics to backup assumptions, recommendations and drive actions.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
∎ Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a target driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
∎ Strong leadership and team building skills.
