Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and lead the company's strategic planning process, identifying growth opportunities and setting measurable goals for both existing and new business segments.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights on industry trends and potential market expansions.
∎ Oversee the Business Intelligence team to gather, analyze, and report data that drives business decisions and optimizes performance.
∎ Direct the analysis of business processes, identifying key areas for improvement and developing data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
∎ Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting, providing actionable insights to support product development, sales, and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
∎ Design and implement strategies for new business initiatives, assessing feasibility and aligning them with the company’s vision.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize initiatives that support revenue growth and operational efficiency.
∎ Track and measure the performance of strategic projects, ensuring objectives are met and addressing challenges as they arise.
∎ Drive customer insights and analytics to improve user experience and engagement, tailoring offerings to meet changing market needs.
∎ Develop data-driven solutions to enhance sales, marketing, and product development strategies.
∎ Report on strategic developments, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders.
∎ Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of analytical thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement.
