Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create and execute sales department strategies to meet all requirements while achieving revenue and profit goals.
∎ Lead Company sales professionals and external stakeholders to achieve sales and profit objectives.
∎ Collaborate closely with ownership to ensure consistent alignment.
∎ Integrate the company's marketing and product initiatives to produce optimal commercial success.
∎ Tightly integrate the Customer Experience team with sales.
∎ Identify strategic business opportunities.
∎ Cultivate awareness of company realities.
∎ Exemplify the company's commitment to servant leadership in all interactions, at all times.

∎ Exceptional sales professional and leadership skills for both internal staff and external partners.
∎ Highly equipped with data analysis, synthesis, reporting and decision making
∎ Keen in grasping of industry issues.
∎ Basic skills in computer operation.
