Additional Requirements:
Age at most 45 years (Age relaxation may be given to deserving candidates).
15 years of working experience in Commercial Banks of which 5 years as Head of SME or Deputy Head of SME.
Sound knowledge of Commercial Banking, Trade Services, local regulations and exposure to SME Banking industry.
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English-Knowledge and practice with MS office, i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.
Comprehensive knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and market trends.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead SME Business Division of OBPLC and ensure effective collaboration with other divisions and the branch networks to boost up CMSME Loan & Deposit client base.
Drive for evaluation and elevation of revenue streams, uphold strong value propositions and forge strategic partnerships to expand growth opportunities.
Make a meaningful impact in OBPLC’s CMSME Business and driving positive change across the industry.
Target the CMSME accounts through a unique sales methodology which meets the commercial banking and wealth management needs of the customers.
Monitor proper utilization of credit facilities in CMSME accounts and maintain the quality of risk assets and ensure periodic review of the facilities.
Monitor Non Performing CMSME loans of the Bank and decide on appropriate strategies and plan for re-structuring/recovery.
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements, risk management standards, and internal policies.
Develop and maintain non-financial services i.e. Advisory Services, Mentoring, Training & Development of CMSME clients.
