Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters/MBA from any reputed university
∎ 3rd Class/Division or CGPA below 2.25 out of 4.00 or CGPA below 2.82 out of 5.00 in any examination will not be allowed
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper appraisal, recommendation and approvals of credit proposals SME business units / Branches.
∎ Identifying and Analyzing risks associated with the credit proposal and providing mitigations and alternate solutions to resolve those risks.
∎ Ensuring compliance with Internal, External and Regulatory policies & procedures maintaining service level agreement with related divisions and all regulatory requirements
∎ Ensuring the quality of credit assessment
∎ Monitoring and Follow-up of Credit Portfolio and Timely raise early alert.
∎ Visiting client's premises as and when required.
∎ Providing assistance to superior management and team members as and when required
∎ Coach, assist junior members of the team in discharging their responsibilities
∎ Maintaining proper communication with SME / related divisions and Branches regarding any loan related issues.
∎ Assisting other co-workers by any means to develop their Skill & performance as well as Credit portfolio
∎ Any other issues as may arise
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 03 years of experience in supervisory role in CRM Division/ department with minimum 10 years Banking experience
∎ The incumbent must have thorough knowledge base regarding SME and Retail Business of the country, economic aspects in micro and macro levels
∎ A thorough and clear understanding of all regulatory guidelines related to Credit
∎ Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel/ E-mail handling etc.).
∎ Age limit may be relaxed for experience and deserving candidate)

∎ Negotiable
