∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Food and Beverage, Frozen Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
∎ Preparing sales budgets and projections based on Channel Specific (Modern Trade, General Trade and B2B) and SKU wise monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members of different sales channel (Modern Trade, General Trade and B2B) to achieve sales targets and Develop and implement effective sales strategies
∎ Build a high performing sales team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and training, and providing overall guidance
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these
∎ Coordinating with internal, external stakeholder and other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services
∎ Identify shortcomings in a marketing plan and recommend necessary adjustments to marketing department as needed
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
∎ Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
∎ Analyzes sales data in order to identify strengths and weakness of a particular promotion/ shortcomings in team initiatives to ensure corrective measures
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
∎ Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
