Responsibilities & Context:

Dynamic Sales Leader with over a decade of proven success in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building high-performing teams across any high-value product industries.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team.

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team, ensuring high performance and morale.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance through KPI.

Dealership and Network Management:

  • Strengthen relationships with existing dealers and identify opportunities for new dealership partners.

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and service standards at dealerships.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers and partners.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies.

  • Address escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take corrective actions as needed.

Market Penetration and Expansion:

  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities for geographic expansion.

  • Collaborate with marketing team to align on lead generation and brand building strategies.

  • Develop plans to increase product visibility and sales in key regions.

Reporting and Analytics:
