∎ Degree from reputed local or foreign universities.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop tactical and strategic acquisition business strategy by formulating a priority key account list and industry specialization of accounts based on business potential.
∎ Stand-in newer processes, customized products to set up standards in order to facilitate the strategy that contributes the major revenue business.
∎ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
∎ Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
∎ Leading an effective team for branding and business expansion in new prospect zone. Doing Market analysis for different service.
∎ Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
∎ Analyze the usage report and prepare action plan on quality of sales through focusing on non-activity connections;
∎ Monitor the day-to-day operations and team performance to keep abreast with KPI achievement.
∎ Explore new opportunities in existing or new segmentation model by effective analysis of each segment and necessary recommendations to all concerned
∎ Ensure presence and interaction with various tiers of corporate sector through regular visits to key accounts
∎ Manage performance of direct reports through objective setting, continuous support and feedback, and formal appraisal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience as a team lead for sales team.
∎ Proven sales track record
∎ Experience in customer support is a plus
∎ Communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to build rapport
∎ Time management and planning skills

Salary: Negotiable
