Experience:
Develop and implement national annual sales strategies, including target setting and budget planning, aligned with the organization’s objectives
Monitor and evaluate progress toward achieving the national and regional sales goals.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate sales teams (NSM/DSM/ASM/In-Charges) based on KPI achievements and sales performance.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Logistics, HR, Accounts, Branding, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth sales operations and effective execution of sales plans.
Regularly collect and analyze market intelligence on competitor products, pricing, and distribution strategies.
Work with Production and R&I teams to identify market gaps and introduce innovative small appliances.
Formulate and implement seasonal and promotional sales plans (e.g., winter booking programs).
Participate in monthly sales reviews and management meetings to assess progress and address challenges.
Strengthen dealer relationships through dealer meets, D2D activities, and promotional campaigns.
Represent Walton at brand promotion events, conferences, and market engagement initiatives.
