Retail Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing, Suji and poultry feed
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Context:
∎ This is a Top-Middle level position and requires the proper understanding the Organization expectations.
∎ Should have the Valid Motor Cycle Driving License.
∎ Should be able to travel extensively.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare budget with monthly and yearly forecast.
∎ Should have the ability to understand the people attitude and manage accordingly.
∎ Train and guide the Asst. Managers and Marketing Officers to develop their performance as well as achieve the sales target through developing the market.
∎ Should be statistical and analytical.
∎ Develop the organization strategy to establish the brand image through ethical business policies.
∎ Build up the personal rapport with the key dealers of the every corner of the targeted areas.
∎ Analyze the sales growth and take appropriate action to manage the market challenges.
∎ Should have the knowledge regarding the competitors and take counter action to minimize the drawbacks.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age 35 to 40 years.
Salary: Negotiable
