Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate comprehensive strategies that integrate marketing and sales efforts to maximize revenue and market share.
∎ Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives to drive business growth.
∎ Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
∎ Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies.
∎ Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote jute products.
∎ Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across marketing and sales channels.
∎ Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and strategic partners.
∎ Work closely with the sales team to address customer needs and concerns.
∎ Develop sales forecasts and set realistic targets.
∎ Manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment with overall business objectives.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
∎ Explore and establish new distribution channels and partnerships.
∎ Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing and sales.
∎ Provide regular updates to senior management on achievements, challenges, and future plans.
