∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) , BBA , MBA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the planning and leadership to the Sales & Marketing Department.
∎ Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
∎ Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
∎ Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have working experience in similar position in a ISP and or Software / IT enabled services company.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Profit share
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Only Profit share portion will be removed and a new addition will be Sales Commission (As per Company Policy)
