Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cold call people using a phone directory to sell products
∎ Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
∎ Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
∎ Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements
∎ Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how product or services meet their needs
∎ Record the customer's personal information accurately in a computer system
∎ Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information
∎ Secures information by completing database backups.
∎ Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
∎ Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
∎ Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director of Marketing and Sales.
∎ Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Excellent sales and customer service skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
∎ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
Salary: Negotiable
