Job Context:
∎ A well-reputed renewable energy development company looking for Head of Sales & Marketing for Bangladesh Operations.
∎ The company is seeking an experienced sales professional to help drive commercial RoofTop solar sales.
∎ Head of Sales & Marketing`s Major role will be drive sales, increase market share, and build strong customer relationships, ensuring effective execution, and achieving business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop Marketing Strategy :
∎ Develop the RoofTop Solar marketing strategy and select geographies that will meet growth and revenue goals, including concept, business model to deliver increased brand awareness, brand preference, and loyalty.
∎ Identifies and prioritizes market segments and geographies that have the greatest growth and revenue potential.
∎ Achieve Company's Sales Target:
∎ Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
∎ Sales lead with industrial clients (B2B) and close the deal.
∎ Develop targeted tactical and branding integrated marketing (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Events etc.) primarily to effectively generate leads.
∎ To build up the rope with the management there. Manage client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle.
∎ Self Potentiality :
∎ Ideal candidates will be highly self-motivated, sales-enabling initiatives, Corporate communication, documentation and knowledgeable about commercial product/solar.
∎ Lead generation and develop new rooftop solar projects.
∎ Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand on your customer base.
∎ OpEx/CapEx model analysis for clients. Ability to prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
∎ Management :
∎ Effectively develop and manage a team of renewable energy professionals, and work with sales teams.
∎ Use internal capabilities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of team operations.
∎ Additional Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent must be able to communicate effectively, build relationships and work closely.
∎ Strong people management skills, ability to design and implement efficient team structures to deliver.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver meaningful business results with minimal supervision.

∎ Technical aptitude and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Strong networking ability and the ability to constantly expand your customer base.
