Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA/Masters in Business Studies or Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 12 year(s)

Lift Sales, Should have knowledge of Govt. tender process, tender documentation, Tender Management, Tender Processing, Tender Sales
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set and achieve segment-wise monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.
∎ Lead subordinate RSM/CSM and ASM/CSE teams.
∎ Ensure proper documents from clients as per policy and delivery compliance in case of cash and installment sales.
∎ Maintain all communication with installation, commissioning and factory teams to ensure all collections after sales.
∎ Ensure regular training for newly recruited manpower to understand product/company rules and policies to ensure maximum output of the sales force.
∎ Verify whether the daily activities of the field force are being completed properly as per KPIs.
∎ Formulate and implement appropriate plans to increase sales.
∎ Monitor and approve daily attendance, movement, TADA bills of subordinates and take necessary action based on tracking team reports.
∎ Responsible for signing all the deeds related to the sale of elevators to speed up the sale of elevators.
∎ Coordinate with the concerned department by providing requisition on quarterly basis for expediting sales promotional activities (TVC, Banner, PVC, Gift items, Signboard, Bill-board and Media, Periodical Offer, Annual Offer).
∎ Coordinate with all the appropriate authorities to incorporate or amend various government policies related to elevators as part of long-term business plans for domestic market growth.
∎ Carry out all activities related to business development expenses of all lift parties delivered every month (a detailed account of expenses, necessary provisions, all approvals, coordination with bill verification department, etc.) on time every month.
∎ Provide overall support to RSM/CSM and ASM/CSE in all matters related to customer entertainment (transport-related advances, gift items, and other expenses).
∎ Proper execution of all observations received as per quarterly/annual audit report.
∎ Ensure adoption and implementation of short-term and long-term plans with credit monitoring and control team to reduce the amount of existing defaulting parties.
