Responsibilities & Context:

We’re looking for a sales-oriented leader with a strong EdTech background to head our sales department. This role requires a performance-driven mindset and a hands-on approach to driving enrollment, managing teams, and scaling revenue through both traditional and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales and admissions team.
  • Oversee the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
  • Take ownership of digital sales channels, including social media engagement and lead handling via platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate and oversee media buying for digital campaigns (Google, Facebook, etc.) to support sales objectives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and customer targeting.
  • Analyze sales data, campaign performance, and conversion trends to optimize strategy.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, schools, and external partners.
