∎ To achieves maximum sales profitability, sales growth and strategic market penetration by driving and managing a team of efficient salesman.
∎ Great existing relationships/networking is a prerequisite in the job and hands on market experience in same industry will certainly be an advantage.
∎ This job is for an optimist who will go the extra yard to get the job done. The correct individual needs to be an exemplary team man who thrives on working within teams.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct Responsibility towards Top line/ Bottom line of the business.
∎ Monitoring activities of the customers.
∎ Monthly target achievement by team
∎ Research and develop strategies, identify market opportunities, service requirements and new product development.
∎ Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales staff and guide them toward meeting their desired targets and company objectives.
∎ Manage strategic and critical customer accounts.
∎ Establish and implement short/ long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures as required by the management.
∎ Inspire positive relationships with customers.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales and marketing activity against targets and competitors.
∎ Coordinates sales effort with finance, productions and technical supporters.
∎ Need to provide stipulated reports desired by the management on a timely basis.
