Responsibilities & Context: Overview:
RFL Group, one of the largest and most diversified conglomerates in Bangladesh, is seeking Head of Sales for HVAC & Generator to lead its sales operations and drive business growth. The Head of Sales – HVAC & Generator is responsible for developing and executing the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and profitability for the HVAC and Generator business. This role leads key accounts, channel sales, project sales, and dealer networks while strengthening brand presence in the market.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Business Growth:
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term sales strategies for HVAC and Generator products.
- Identify new market opportunities including commercial, industrial, residential, EPC, and government projects.
- Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability in line with business targets.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers, project sales teams, and channel partners.
- Set clear KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Build a high-performance sales culture with strong accountability and motivation.
Key Account & Project Sales Management:
- Manage strategic key accounts including developers, consultants, contractors, EPC firms, and government bodies.
- Lead large HVAC and Generator tenders, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and technical teams for solution-based selling.
Channel & Dealer Network Development:
- Develop and strengthen dealer, distributor, and service partner networks nationwide.
- Ensure proper market coverage, pricing discipline, and channel profitability.
Market Intelligence & Competition Analysis:
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Provide strategic insights to management for product positioning and portfolio expansion.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.
Governance, Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare regular MIS, sales reports, pipeline updates, and management presentations.
