Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG, beverage, or packaged drinking water industry.

  • Experience working with diverse customer segments including corporate clients, hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes), and retail distribution networks.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Greenbud Consupack is a strategic extension of that legacy, delivering safe, hygienic, and sustainable drinking water solutions to meet the rising demand across corporate offices, commercial spaces, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and retail outlets. While the brand is expanding into the packaged water market with a diverse portfolio of SKUs—including jars and small bottles—it is backed by Greenbud’s strong operational systems and client trust, ensuring a solid foundation for rapid growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the national sales operations of Greenbud Consupack across all packaged water SKUs, including jars, bottles, and other upcoming product lines.

  • Design and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on both volume growth and brand positioning, aligned with short-term goals and long-term business vision.

  • Planning, developing, implementing, monitoring, controlling, reviewing, and reporting overall activities of the assigned Sales Group as per management requirements.

  • Develop and establish a strong dealer/distributor network across geographic zones and customer segments, including corporates, hospitality (HoReCa), retail chains, and institutions.

  • Achieving the sales target.

  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales targets.

  • Structure and manage the entire sales team—from Area Sales Managers (ASM) to Territory Officers (TO) and Field Executives—ensuring team alignment with business goals.

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by region, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to ensure consistent delivery.

  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure retail visibility, brand compliance, stock availability, and competitor analysis.

  • Visit the dealer point when required.
