Job Context:
∎ Green Bangla Foundation is looking for an experienced Head of sales to lead and oversee the work of employees of the organization. He will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future.
∎ The goal will be to ensure the profitability of the organization`s activities to drive sustainable development and long-term success.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide service leadership related to Marketing and Communications of business. Manage the whole Organization's sales, have to complete all monthly targets of the projects.
∎ Ensure that high-quality services are delivered effectively, efficiently and consistently, whether it is direct or indirect communications.
∎ Make sure that the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image.
∎ Act as the lead officer in all Marketing and Communications activities, this means it is important that they are accessible and approachable for other employees to see them as an advisor and point of contact, to provide high-quality advice to solve any problems they may have.
∎ Problem solve, this will be a big part of the job, so the ability to think on your feet is a must. As the Head of Marketing, they will support the Director with their duties and also work within the management team to maintain the collective work to a good standard.
∎ Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
∎ Set, monitor and report on team goals
∎ Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
∎ Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
∎ Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas
∎ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
∎ Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans
∎ Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
∎ Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ At least 7-10 year(s) in relevant field.
∎ Knowledge about the planning, procurement rules and budget preparation.
∎ Sound knowledge in the areas of office administration.
∎ Proven experience as business manager or relevant role
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
∎ Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases and information systems
∎ Must possess a pleasant, friendly and proactive attitude.
∎ Good understanding of research, methods and data analysis techniques
