∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly Sales target as per Annual Operation Plan of the Territory.
∎ Drive Primary and Secondary Sales target on a day-to-day basis for ensuring Market Leadership and Growth.
∎ Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities/Trade schemes and Merchandising for the specified routes and distributor areas.
∎ Monitor inventory in key Sales Points and ensure product availability and visibility in all the outlets.
∎ Regularly monitor distribution gaps and take corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
∎ Maintain relationship and constantly work with distributors and the internal supply chain in order to ensure availability of the products at the right time.
∎ Regularly monitor activities of front line Sales Staff (PSRs) and develop them.
∎ Collect market information to strengthen market intelligence activities.

∎ Age 25 to 50 years
