∎ Having additional degrees in Supply Chain Management/Shipping/Logistics will be an added advantage.

∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct research and evaluate market to adjusts marketing strategies to meet demand in competitive conditions.
∎ Plan short/mid/long term strategies to increase sales.
∎ Develop growth strategies through sales and marketing focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
∎ Searching for scopes of expansion to expedite sales and work on providing feedback to Management.
∎ Ensure achievement of personal KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applicants should have 8-10 years' experience in Sales & Customer Care Service.
∎ Must have experience of team management.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and interaction skills (both in English and Bengali/local language) with clients.
∎ Excellent presentation skills.
∎ Must possess willingness to do attitude.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Travel required
