Client Acquisition & Growth
Drive acquisition of startups, SMEs, and enterprise digital marketing clients
Lead discovery calls, proposal presentations, and contract negotiations
Close recurring monthly retainer-based digital marketing deals
Digital Marketing Sales Strategy
Define and execute digital marketing sales strategy and revenue targets
Establish pricing, sales funnels, and conversion frameworks
Team Leadership & Performance
Build, manage, and mentor sales and business development executives
Set KPIs, quotas, and performance benchmarks and conduct regular reviews
Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting
Own CRM, sales pipeline, and revenue forecasting
Track lead sources, conversion rates, and deal velocity
Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports to leadership
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing digital marketing clients
7+ years of experience in sales or business development, with strong focus on Digital Marketing services
Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and targets
Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, and Analytics
Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills
Proficient in both Bangla and English
Experience selling AI-driven or performance marketing solutions
Existing network of business owners, founders, or marketing heads
Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and analytics dashboards
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Commission Structure:
To incentivize high performance, long-term growth, and leadership impact, the Head of Sales & Business Development (Digital Marketing) will be eligible for the following commission structure:
5% commission on all new sales closed directly
2% recurring commission on monthly renewals from existing clients under management
2% commission on yearly net earnings generated from the digital marketing division, calculated annually
Commissions apply to retainer-based digital marketing contracts and remain valid while clients stay active and renew
