Experience:
2 - 4 years of sales and business development experience in a digital agency or tech environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal) in both English and Bangla
Proven ability to manage sales cycles from discovery to close
Understanding of digital marketing and branding
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Prior experience selling services like SEO, PPC, web design, or software development
Existing network or contacts in industries like tech, eCommerce, or healthcare
Familiarity with Meta, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other B2B prospecting platforms
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and inbound inquiries via social pages.
Develop tailored proposals and pitch them for digital marketing.
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and consultations with potential clients
Design & execute client acquisition funnels (cold outreach, inbound, referrals)
Build and nurture relationships with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain and track records for the leads and deal data. Report sales pipeline & conversion performance.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging digital technologies
