Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline (Special chance on personnel, who are good in communication with foreign buyer's daily basis. Good communication in English is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Jute yarn/twines and jute goods Sales activities under supervision of Director & sales Manager in his presence as well as during business trip
∎ Attend incoming email and phone inquiries of the customers.
∎ Working with different suppliers for the offer against the inquiries received from the buyers according to the quality specification and quantity.
∎ Regular follow -up with the suppliers for assurance of the quality and timely shipment.
∎ Preparing monthly sales report.
∎ Following up the documents and commercial department for proper sales documentation as per LC and Contract.
∎ Forwarding sample by entering request arranging shipment; notifying customer. Assist the Director & Sales manager by preparing all necessary documents and arrangement for his business trip.
∎ Assist the sales manager to sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
∎ Provides information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Coordinate sales task and administrator servicing of export sales and liaison with factory for production and shipments.
∎ To liaise with and to visit jute mills and factories etc.
∎ Preparing and dispatch samples.
∎ Responsible for jute yarn/twines and jute goods Sales activities under supervision of Managing Director and Sales Manager in presence as well as during business trip.
∎ Focusing on potential market.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying customer requirements; I attend incoming email and phone enquiries of the customers.
∎ Working with different suppliers for the offer against the enquirers received from the buyers according to the quality specification and quantity.
∎ Updating customer monitoring report according to day to day activities and weekly sales report.
∎ Maintaining customer database by imputing customer profile and updates.
∎ Regular follow up with the supplier for assurance of the quality and timely shipment.
∎ Buying and selling Jute and Jute goods from the factory to the buyer on behalf of the company.
∎ Evaluating trading algorithms.
∎ Contribute in the Implementing effective trading strategies.
∎ Working with management to improve trading strategies.
∎ Recording and reporting each day's jute market portfolio.
∎ Keeping abreast with changes in the financial in Jute market.
∎ Assisting the company to attract new suppliers & buyers by maintaining and enhancing marketing materials.
∎ Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department's operations.
∎ Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise company's brand awareness.
∎ Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
∎ Collaborate with managers in preparing Jute market report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years

∎ At least 5-8 year(s) experience in the field of Jute Industries as well as experience handling foreign buyers.
